Comic generosity

After a successful show at Stratford Circus, internationally acclaimed comedian Adam Hills kindly donated the profits from his t-shirt sales to the Richard House Children's Hospice.

Adam explained more about this act of generosity:

"Every night on tour I ask the audience where the profits of my t-shirt sales should go, and in Stratford it was unanimous - Richard House Children's Hospice. Due to the enormous goodwill towards that charity, I sold out of shirts, and had to stay back taking names and addresses so I could send the shirts later. As long as Royal Mail do their job, those shirts should arrive any day now. All up we raised just over two hundred and twenty pounds for an excellent cause. Thanks to the audience for suggesting Richard House, thanks to those that bought shirts, and most importantly, thanks to Richard House for supplying such an invaluable service"

Adam's show “Inflatable” is a 90 minutes of world-class stand up comedy and feel-good spontaneity from one of the world’s most renowned comics. Expect an uplifting combination of one-liners, stories and audience interaction.
