The Tell Woman is a brand new fantastical fairytale for the under tens and their families.  This original transporting dance theatre piece is funny, dark, beautiful to look at, and sometimes a bit yucky...akin to a modern Alice in Wonderland.

There has never been anything quite like The Tell Woman before; combining dance, theatre, puppetry and design, with a narrative constructed through previous work with the children themselves.

Whether performing for children in such roles as “Laa Laa” in the now legendary Teletubbies, or creating televisual treats such as Boohbah or In The Night Garden, Nikky’s work draws its inspiration from close creative involvement with the children.

The Tell Woman draws on all our shared experiences, child or adult.......what’s that under my bed? Where do stories come from? Who is my friend? How do I protect what is precious?
